Whole School Approach To Wellbeing
A whole school approach to wellbeing connects with your staff, pupils and parents and fits with the unique values of your school. We can help you develop a strategy using our knowledge of psychology as the starting point. We’ll then work with you to understand your school and, together, create a meaningful wellbeing strategy that enables your whole school to embed wellbeing into daily life.
Some schools worry that investing in wellbeing means academic achievements might decline. The research doesn’t support this, in fact, what usually happens when wellbeing improves is achievement improves too.
It’s what we call a wellbeing win win!
